No Change Fees

Canadian North TNORTH, PNORTH and MNORTH fares are non-refundable and are subject to a $50.00 change fee due at the time the change is made. You may be required to upgrade to a higher fare or be eligible for a refund, depending on what fares are available on the flight you wish to change to.

One-Way Fares

Passengers can fly one way to any Canadian North destination at half the cost of a return ticket fare.

Refund Policy

The value of the unused ticket may be used for up to one year from the original date of purchase. Change fee or additional collection applies. When cancellations are made after departure, a travel credit for future travel will be issued.

**Special promotional fares, such as seat sales (QNORTH), and other restricted fares, such as our lowest filed fare (TNORTH) are not refundable. Please check the fare rules when making a reservation to determine specific parameters.
