Canadian North is more than simply an airline. At every level – from providing service to our customers, jobs to our employees and rewards for our beneficiary communities – we’re about building a north where everyone can live, work and prosper.

Our Community Investment Program is an extension of this philosophy – further contributing to northern communities through sponsorship of school activities, sports teams, and special events. We’re proud of what we’ve been able to give, and of our employees, who collectively invest hundreds of hours each year, making their communities better places to live and work. 

How to Apply

If your organization is interested in applying for support from the Canadian North Community Investment Program, please complete and submit an application form two months prior to the date of the event.

Due to the overwhelming demand for support, applications will be processed in the order that they are received. You will receive a written response once your request has been processed.

Community Support applications will not be processed during the following Blackout Periods:

Dec 15, 2011 – Jan 14, 2012
May 29, to June 30, 2012
Dec 15, 2012 – Jan 14, 2013

If you're requesting sponsorship for an event that falls within a blackout period, or an event that occurs the week following a blackout period, it will be necessary to submit your application for sponsorship a minimum of two weeks prior to the blackout period to insure the request is processed.
