Exciting changes are underway with Aurora Concierge! We are expanding it in 2015 as part of our Aurora Rewards Program.

You can now earn Aurora Concierge Silver status after just 12 flight segments. That’s equivalent to only 6 round-trips in a year! Aurora Concierge Gold and Diamond levels are achieved after 18 and 30 segments respectively.

Aurora Concierge is Canada's only northern loyalty program. It was designed to reward and recognize you, our most valued customers, for travelling with us often.

Qualification Criteria

Fly just 10* round-trips (or 20* one-way flights) on Canadian North aircraft between November 1st and October 31st to qualify for annual membership.

* Aeroplan, AIR MILES, Prize Winner, PIVUT, Inter-Community Stand-by, Contracted Medical fares travel and codeshare flights on Calm Air operated aircraft do not count towards Aurora Concierge status.

Access to our Aurora Concierge Line for assistance with special requests

The Aurora Concierge Help Desk is available to take care of any special requests you may have. For services, contact the Help Desk during business hours by calling toll-free 1.877.669.4044.  For your convenience, the number is on the back of your membership card.

Expanded Aeroplan Seat Access

When seats are not available on Canadian North flights through the Aeroplan call centre, check with our Aurora Concierge Line to assist with your booking*.
 
*Requests and seats are limited and are not guaranteed.

Additional Luggage Allowance

Aurora Concierge members are entitled to check-in a third bag (up to 70 lbs) at no additional cost, when travelling on flights operated by Canadian North.

Complimentary In-flight Beverages

Alcoholic beverages (personally consumed) are complimentary upon presentation of your membership card or your boarding card, indicating your membership.

Priority Check-in and Boarding

Aurora Concierge members enjoy priority check-in at Yellowknife and Edmonton airports through the Aurora Concierge check-in line, and priority boarding where offered.

Security Express Lines in Edmonton and Ottawa

Members receive access to the priority security lines at the Edmonton and Ottawa International Airports. No more long line-ups – simply show your boarding pass with your Aurora Concierge sticker at security and you’ll be quickly on your way to your flight departure.
 

Two complimentary passes for the Plaza Premium Lounge at Edmonton International Airport

Escape to the serenity of the lounge by presenting your same-day Canadian North boarding pass, along with your Aurora Concierge card upon registration. The passes can be used for two separate trips, or, you may ask a guest to join you for the use of your second pass.

Ticket Change Fee Waiver

If there are still seats available in the original fare you booked, we will waive the change fee that would normally apply. Please note, this does not apply to tickets issued on connecting or Canadian North partner airlines.

Personalized Membership Card and Baggage Tags

Keep your personalize membership card with you when you travel as it is required to access most Aurora Concierge services. Simply present your card at check-in to receive a sticker that will identify you as a member throughout your flight experience. Your card and membership are personal to you, and are non-transferable.
