Aurora Concierge

Aurora Concierge is Canada's only northern loyalty program. It was designed to reward and recognize you, our most valued customers, for travelling with us often.

If you use the services of a travel agent, please ensure you let them know you are an Aurora Concierge member so they can update your profile. If you book with Canadian North directly, please inform the reservations agent.

Qualification Criteria

Fly just 10* round-trips (or 20* one-way flights) on Canadian North aircraft between November 1st and October 31st to qualify for annual membership.

Note - Codeshare flights on Calm Air operated aircraft do not count towards Aurora Concierge status.

Direct Access to our Aurora Concierge Help Desk for assistance with special requests

The Aurora Concierge Help Desk is available to take care of any special requests you may have. For services, contact the Help Desk during business hours by calling toll-free 1.877.669.4044. In Yellowknife, call 669.4044. For your convenience, these numbers are on the back of your membership card.

Expanded Aeroplan Seat Access

When seats are not available on Canadian North flights through the Aeroplan call centre, check with our Aurora Concierge Help Desk for expanded seat availability (for existing Aeroplan members).

Additional Baggage Allowance

Aurora Concierge members are entitled to check-in a third bag (up to 70 lbs) at no additional cost, when travelling on flights operated by Canadian North.

Complimentary In-flight Beverages

Alcoholic beverages (personally consumed) are complimentary upon presentation of your membership card or your boarding card, indicating your membership.

Priority Check-in

Aurora Concierge members enjoy priority check-in at Yellowknife, Inuvik and Edmonton airports. Please look for the Aurora Concierge check-in sign.

Priority Boarding

You will be offered priority boarding when the aircraft is pre-boarding, or you are welcome to board at your leisure.

"Fly-Thru" Edmonton Security Line

Members receive access to "Fly-Thru", the priority screening line at the Edmonton International Airport. No more long line-ups - simply show your boarding pass with your Aurora Concierge sticker at security and you'll be quickly on your way to your flight departure.

Ticket Change Fee Waiver

If there are still seats available in the original fare you booked, we will waive the change fee that would normally apply. Please note, this does not apply to tickets issued on connecting or Canadian North partner airlines.

Personalized Membership Card and Baggage Tags

Keep your personalize membership card with you when you travel as it is required to access most Aurora Concierge services. Simply present your card at check-in to receive a sticker that will identify you as a member throughout your flight experience. Your card and membership are personal to you, and are non-transferable.

* Aeroplan, AIR MILES, Prize Winner, PIVUT, Inter-Community Stand-by, and Contracted Medical fares travel do not count towards Aurora Concierge status.
