RULES:
• Customers must register for promotion in advance of their travel to be eligible for Rewarding Returns.
• Flights = one-way segments.
• Accumulation of flight segments valid between September 1, 2011 and February 28, 2012 on flights within NWT and NU that are operated by Canadian North.
• W (Aeroplan), N (Employee travel), E (Prize-winner), K (AIR MILES), L (Inclusive Package), and S (PIVUT) bookings are not eligible for rewards.
• All taxes are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time of booking.
• Companion and Free tickets valid on flights in NWT and NU. Not valid between Edmonton and Yellowknife, nor Ottawa and Iqaluit.
• Companion ticket must be booked at the same time as paid ticket.
• Companion ticket and Free ticket valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• All free travel must be booked through Canadian North’s call centre.
• Companion and Free ticket travel are subject to space availability at the time of booking.
• Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the end of the promotion.
• Canadian North is not responsible for lost rewards due to incorrect email addresses and/or incorrect mailing addresses, nor due to a disruption to Canada Post service.
• All rewards must be accepted as awarded and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Companion and Free Tickets are non-transferable.
• Canadian North reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prizes for prizes of approximately equal or greater retail value at any time and for any reason including, without limitation, by way of cash award.
